How I work

    Scoping call

    We talk through what you're building, who it's for, and what has to be in the first version. I ask before I estimate.

  2. 02

    Phase-based proposal

    Each phase has its own price and its own dates. You pay for one phase at a time.

  3. 03

    Build with weekly updates

    I build the agreed phase and send a short update every week: what shipped, what's next, what's blocked.

  4. 04

    Deploy + handover

    I deploy it, hand over the repo and access, and walk you through how it runs. The next phase starts only if you want it.

How I got here

Freelance + my own products

2026–Now

Client work continues, including the Sinirbilim Topluluğu education platform. My own products: Skupost, a solo SaaS live at skupost.com, and Restom, co-founded and live.

Client projects & SaaS

2023–2025

Delivered full-stack CRM systems, corporate websites, and SaaS platforms for clients in Turkey and internationally. Key projects: Restom (restaurant management SaaS, live), Berhan Baran real estate CRM (Next.js + Supabase, GPS tracking, WhatsApp integration), MCW Project Manager (multi-phase office CRM), and insurance consultant corporate site. Active on Bionluk (30+ orders).

First real clients

2022

My first paid projects. Mostly websites and simple apps. I made mistakes, learned from them, and each delivery left me with a slightly clearer idea of what I was doing.

Started coding

2020

HTML, CSS, then JavaScript. I was just curious — watched tutorials, copied examples, broke things, figured out why. Took a couple of years before I felt like I actually knew what I was doing.

Common questions

  • It depends on the scope. After a short scoping call I send a phase-based proposal, with each phase priced and dated on its own, and you pay for one phase at a time. You can stop between phases. I don't give a number before I understand what we're building, because a guess up front is usually wrong.
